Targeted Intervention

We aim to tackle the risk factors that impact young people in south London and work closely with them on a one-to-one basis in order to find positive solutions that work best for them’

*Please note that we are currently at capacity for our one to one mentoring service. We review this regularly and will reopen our referral form when space becomes available. Feel free to check back on this page on a regular basis.

Through our Targeted intervention work, we aim to reach and support young people who need it most through one-to-one mentoring.

We have a team of experienced mentors who are able to offer Young People unique insight into how to better their options and have a positive impact on their future.

Our mentoring offers support for those with challenging or complex life experiences; they may be vulnerable to exploitation and criminality, experience social isolation and exclusion, or have mental health needs.

We work closely with our local community and across other Palace for Life projects to provide opportunities and pathways that may not have been previously accessible.

We work individually for individuals, ensuring that the work is person-led whilst providing a safe environment for them.

Our Targeted Intervention programme also includes developing and providing workshops and group mentoring in schools, colleges and to local community groups.
