Utilita Giving confirmed as sponsor for 2023 Marathon March

Fuel and food poverty charity, Utilita Giving, are sponsoring our flagship fundraising event, the Marathon March, for the first time.

Utilita Giving, the charitable partner of Utilita Energy, and long-term partner of Crystal Palace F.C., was established to support those impacted by fuel and food poverty in England, Scotland and Wales through fundraising, grants and advice.

Since its inception, Utilita Giving has supported a diverse range of organisations, individuals, families, and households by funding projects that help to relieve fuel and food poverty, as well as funding initiatives designed to educate the public about issues related to fuel and food poverty, including its root causes, consequences and what people can do to prevent it.

In addition to the funds raised by our incredible Marchers, Utilita Giving’s sponsorship of the 26.2-mile walk will contribute significantly to our programmes and projects aimed at addressing the needs of local Londoners facing deprivation, such as our Christmas Foodbank Drive which delivers items to families affected by food poverty across south London.

The Utilita Giving logo will be proudly displayed on our brand new 2023 Marathon March shirt as an additional show of support for the march and our work across south London.

Former Palace striker Mark Bright will be completing the Marathon March for the seventh time this October

Over 190 Palace fans will be joining former Palace strikers Andrew Johnson and Mark Bright to take on the 26.2-mile walk across south London on the 14th of October, and will be fundraising to help us reach thousands more south Londoners. You can read more about the route and what to expect here.
