In partnership with the Salvation Army, Extra Time aims to promote happier, healthier ageing through informal physical activity and at the same time combat social isolation and improve older people’s quality of life.
Over a cup of tea, adults will socialise and take part in relaxed activities such as table tennis, seated exercise, Nintendo Wii fit, board games and many more.
All Abilities, Aged 40+
Important to note that people join the session for a number of reasons: meet people, pre-diabetic diagnosis, improve overall fitness and to improve their mental health conditions.
