Palace Player Development Centre opens to new players
Palace for Life are delighted to have opened new Player Development Centres across south London for young players up to U13, giving budding footballers of all abilities the chance to join the Palace Player Pathway.
The successful Player Development Centres have seen over 30 children progress into the Crystal Palace F.C. Academy in recent seasons, and we’re now able to give more players than ever this same opportunity.
A restructure of our Football Development Programme has allowed us to alter out previous tiered system. Where instead of our previous invite-only tier one into the pathway, anyone is now able to come along to this Development Centre.
This gives an exciting opportunity for players from SE25 and beyond the chance to join the Palace Player Pathway. Where promising footballers in attendance may get invited to Tier 2 of the Pathway or into the Talent Centre based at Crystal Palace F.C. Academy.
We are also offering exciting opportunities for young goalkeepers to receive specialist training and get an opportunity to join the Academy through the goalkeeper Player Pathway.

All young players will receive a structured coaching programme created by our Football Development Team, delivered by FA and UEFA qualified coaches.
