Palace for Life Foundation's Heath and Wellbeing Team have produced a set of activity guides to get everyone moving before lockdown is lifted.

Palace for Life’s Health and Wellbeing team have assembled three complete guides to getting you fighting fit and feeling fabulous before the end of lockdown. The guides are divided into three sections, each one catering to a different age or ability level and provide practical tips to working out at home, full workout routines and stretching to keep you limber.
