SUN EUROPEAN PARTNERS, LLP DONATES $25,000 TO PALACE FOR LIFE’S MADE IN SOUTH LONDON CAMPAIGN

Sun European Partners, LLP has generously supported Palace for Life’s Made in South London campaign with a donation of $25,000 which will be used to transform the lives of young south Londoners.

Sun European Partners, LLP is a leading private investment advisory firm, focused on partnering with outstanding management teams to accelerate value creation. Since 1995, affiliates of Sun European Partners, LLP have donated to over 700 charities globally and its latest generous donation of $25,000 will go towards Palace for Life’s Made in South London campaign.

Crystal Palace F.C. Chairman Steve Parish said:

“We are hugely grateful to Palace shareholders Rodger Krouse, Marc Leder and Sun European Partners, LLP for their support and commitment to improving the lives of young people in south London. The work that Palace for Life does day in, day out, is truly inspiring, and this generous donation will allow us to extend our reach and make an even greater impact on the most disadvantaged members of our community.”

Palace for Life’s Made In South London campaign was launched in April of this year and aims to raise £1 million over the next three years to help transform the lives of over 3,000 additional young south Londoners.

Some supporters may remember the Made in South London film, which was written, directed and featured Palace fan and multi-talented creative Ben Bailey Smith (AKA Doc Brown).

The ambitious target of £1 million will help Palace for Life to scale projects aimed to enrich young people’s lives, through tried and tested programmes which are already being delivered in local boroughs. With these vital funds, the Palace for Life Foundation will:

  • Inspire 3,000 young people from the most disadvantaged areas through free weekly sporting activities at 10 new venues
  • Kickstart 300 young people into their future careers through its social mobility programme
  • Divert 300 young people away from crime, gangs and anti-social behaviour through one-to-one mentoring

Palace for Life would like to extend a huge thank you to Sun European Partners, LLP for their donation.
