Our Walking Football sessions are very relaxed and is suitable for any skill level, it’s a walking version of our favourite game! By playing just one hour a week for three months, you will cover as much 30 miles and burn 4,200 calories.
Played in five or six aside matches in an indoor facility. Over-head height restrictions and indirect free kicks ensure that the sport is played safely with full consideration to the participants’ age. Walking Football improves blood pressure, balance and boosts self-esteem.
For a range of abilities, aged 50+.
Important to note that people join the session for several reasons: meet people, pre-diabetic diagnosis, improve overall fitness and to improve their mental health conditions.
