WHAT IS IT:

45 minutes of simple beginner level body weight exercises. Participants can expect to improve their physical strength as well as their cardiovascular endurance in an easy going setting! Socialise with your friends by having them join in on the fun!

AIMED FOR: 

Anyone 18+ who is looking to get active during lockdown

WHEN:

Tuesdays, 6:30pm. (From Tuesday 26 January, 2021)
