Between 23rd and 24th May, 50 incredible Palace fans completed a 130-mile ride from the Emirates Stadium back to Selhurst Park, taking on sweltering conditions just days before many of them head to Leipzig for the Europa Conference League final.
North London to South London might not sound too demanding, but our riders definitely did not take the direct route…
After setting off by coach from the Emirates Stadium early on Saturday morning, riders cycled through the Chilterns National Landscape and into Reading for an overnight stop, covering more than 80 miles on day one alone.

Day two brought another 50+ miles, with riders making their way from Reading back to South London in time for the final game of the season against Arsenal. While the result on the pitch was not the one we wanted, our cyclists still received a brilliant reception, completing a lap of honour at half-time to applause from both sets of supporters.

Bike From Arsenal has officially become our biggest cycling event yet, with more than 50 riders taking part and over £50,000 raised so far!

The heat made conditions tough at times, but every rider dug deep, stayed hydrated and kept going all the way back to SE25 and the relief and joy at the finish line said it all.

A huge thank you to every single rider, supporter and donor who helped make the challenge such a success.
Fundraising is still ongoing, with all money raised helping us continue opening doors for young people across South London through sport, mentoring and employability support.
