Mark Bright returns for seventh Marathon March

Club legend Mark Bright has confirmed he will be taking part in this year’s Marathon March on the 14th of October.

Former Palace forward and Palace for Life patron Mark Bright will once again be taking on the 26.2-mile walk around south London to raise funds for young south Londoners. Bright knows a thing or two about a Marathon March, having completed six out of six Marches so far.

As he takes on his seventh, he said:

“I’m buzzing to be back for my seventh Marathon March! I’ve already walked more than 150 miles in support of the Foundation, and it’s been brilliant meeting so many Palace fans along the way. It’s always such an inspiration hearing about their love for the club and the local community.

I’d love to see as many supporters as possible marching through south London on the 14th October – it’ll be a proud day for any Palace fan, as we come together to raise vital money for Palace for Life.”
