Palace for Life Foundation run a variety of programmes for women and girls to improve health and wellbeing, engagement and community cohesion and inspire more girls to enjoy our beautiful game.

Premier League Girls

What? Delivered in partnership with the Football Association, Premier League Girls Football aims to provide opportunities for females to take part in the sport in a local community setting.
Who? Girls aged 11 years and over.
Where? Various locations in Sutton, Bromley, Croydon and Tandridge.

SSE Wildcats

What? SSE Wildcats Girls’ Football Clubs provide girls with regular opportunities to play football and take part in organised sessions in a fun and engaging environment created exclusively for girls.
Who? Girls aged 5-11 years.
When? 9.30-11.00am – Saturdays (September 2018-July 2019)
Where? Heavers Farm Primary School (astro pitch), 58 Dinsdale Gardens, Croydon, SE25 6LT

What? Palace for Life holiday courses are a fantastic way for girls of all abilities to stay active, meet new friends, and most importantly have fun in a safe and secure environment.
Who? Girls aged 5-14 years.

Palace Pumas – Ladies Recreational Football

What? Ladies beginners/recreational football. A fantastic way to get active and meet new friends.
Who? Ladies aged 18 years and over.
Where? Sunnydown School, Caterham.
