Stay Active at Selhurst

A free 12 week programme for inactive individuals and those who live with long term health conditions.

The free programme consists of offering physically inactive individuals or those with long term health conditions up to twelve, one-to-one personal training sessions at Selhurst Park with qualified instructors.

The 60-minute sessions are focused on empowering participants and changing their views towards physical activity in a fun, safe and non-traditional environment. Trainers work closely with participants to identify and reach their fitness goals at a pace that makes them feel comfortable.

One participant, aged 50, said:

“Most definitely I would recommend [Stay Active at Selhurst]. Even if you are nervous about training or exercise, the programme puts you at ease. It’s very personal, adaptable and flexible, that’s what I enjoyed about it.”

The hourly sessions run based on participants availability Monday – Friday between 9:00am – 5:00pm.
