Stay Active at Selhurst

A free 12 week programme for inactive individuals and those who live with long term health conditions.

The free programme consists of offering physically inactive or individuals with long term health conditions up to twelve, one-to-one personal training sessions at Selhurst Park with qualified instructors.

The 60-minute sessions are focused on implementing behaviour change techniques, aiming to empower participants in a fun, safe and non-traditional environment.

The young people’s programme will run from Monday to Friday, 4pm – 9pm and the adult programme will run Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm.
