PACA Academy’s partnership with P4L was birthed with the passion to create an alternative team orientated sport. The program is safe, actively encouraging and inclusive for young Girls & Boys of any ability to train weekly, challenging themselves through a variety of mental and physical skills: Coordination, Teamwork, Dedication, Communication, Decision making, Consistency, Time management and problem solving.
Sessions cover the following: Flexibility Training, Strength Training, Stunts, Tumbling, Routines, Physical drills, PB challenges, Body conditioning and Team building.
Girls 11- 16 years. (Boys are welcome)
