Disability

the physical and social aspects that sport can uniquely offer.

We work closely with a wide variety of key partners ranging from Local Authorities, Impairment Specific Charities and Specialist Schools to design, develop and deliver impairment specific and non-specific programs that are geared to the needs and development issues of people of all ages in our local communities – and beyond.

With our firm commitment to high quality physical education, school and Community Sport Programme and the dedication and experience of our specialist coaches, we are able to provide the best possible opportunity for all disabled people to participate in and enjoy sport in a fun and safe environment.

The past year has seen a great increase in the awareness for the need of people with a disability to engage in sport. We are hugely pleased to be part of this! After the feature of our Mental Health team on BBC Match of the Day, we were delighted to see our Powerchair team feature in the same way.

We are also delighted to add Down’s Syndrome specific sessions to our roster of Disability Programmes and have been greatly encouraged by their involvement in the first ever friendly match between the DS Eagles and the Fulham Badgers (as pictured above).
